Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsA person who causes, instructs, induces, aids or permits another person to do an act that is unlawful under Division 1, 2, 2A, 3 or 6 of Part 2 is, for the purposes of this Act, taken also to have done the act.
