DEFENCE FORCE DISCIPLINE ACT 1982 - SECT 122

    A member or reserve member, or the judge advocate, of a court martial who believes himself or herself:

  (a)   to be biased, or likely to be biased; or

  (b)   likely to be thought, on reasonable grounds, to be biased;

shall notify the Registrar forthwith.
