Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) A Defence Force magistrate shall, before proceeding to discharge the duties of his or her office, make and subscribe an oath or affirmation in accordance with the form in Schedule 4.
(2) An oath or affirmation under this section shall be made before the Judge Advocate General or an officer authorized, in writing, by the Judge Advocate General for the purpose.
