DEFENCE HOUSING AUSTRALIA ACT 1987 - SECT 48

Term of office etc.

    The Managing Director:

  (a)   shall be appointed with effect from the day specified in the instrument of appointment; and

  (b)   holds office during the Board's pleasure.
