Gazette notice or regulation appearing to have been issued or made under this
Act or the production of any document certified by the CEO or the Collector to
be a true copy of or extract from any such proclamation, Gazette notice, or
regulation issued or made under this Act shall be prima facie evidence of the
issue or making of such proclamation, Gazette notice, or regulation, and that
the same is in force.
