Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsThe CEO shall have the right to require and take securities for compliance with the Excise Acts and generally for the protection of the revenue and pending the giving of the required security in relation to any goods subject to the control of the CEO may refuse to deliver the goods or to pass any entry relating thereto.
