EXCISE ACT 1901 - SECT 92

Seals etc. not to be broken

    No fastening, lock, mark, or seal placed by an officer upon any goods or upon any plant in a factory shall be opened, altered, broken, or erased, except by authority.

Penalty:   50 penalty units.

Note:   See section   4AA of the Crimes Act 1914 for the current value of a penalty unit.
