Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) A person who is a third party authorised officer (including a person in relation to whom a suspension is in effect under section 296 or 298C) may request the Secretary, in writing, to revoke the person's authorisation as a third party authorised officer.
(2) If the Secretary receives a request from a person under subsection (1), the Secretary must, by written notice to the person, revoke the person's authorisation as a third party authorised officer with effect on the day specified in the notice.
