ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION AND BIODIVERSITY CONSERVATION ACT 1999 - SECT 268
Compliance with recovery plans and threat abatement plans
A Commonwealth agency must not take any action that contravenes
a recovery plan or a threat abatement plan.
