Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Minister must cause a review of a plan made under section 328 to be carried out at least once in each period of 5 years after the plan is made.
(2) The review must consider whether the plan is consistent with the Australian Ramsar management principles in force at the time.
