Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Minister may ask the Australian Heritage Council for advice relating to action that the Minister is considering taking under section 390L or 390M in relation to a place, and may take that advice into account in deciding what action (if any) to take under that section in relation to the place.
(2) The Minister may also seek, and have regard to, information
or advice from any other source.
