ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION AND BIODIVERSITY CONSERVATION ACT 1999 - SECT 394

Wardens ex officio

    By force of this section each of the following is a warden:

  (a)   each member or special member of the Australian Federal Police;

  (b)   each officer of Customs.
