ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION AND BIODIVERSITY CONSERVATION ACT 1999 - SECT 496A
Who is a landholder ?
For the purposes of this Division, a landholder , in relation to
an area of land, is a person who is an owner, lessee or occupier of the area
of land.
