Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsThe Supervising Scientist shall comply with directions given to him or her from time to time by the Minister in relation to the performance of his or her functions or the exercise of his or her powers and shall furnish to the Minister such information in relation to the operation of this Act as the Minister requires.
