EDUCATION SERVICES FOR OVERSEAS STUDENTS ACT 2000 - SECT 85
ESOS agency may take action for breaches occurring before provider was registered
The ESOS agency for a registered provider may take action
against the provider under section 83 even if the provider was not yet
registered at the time of the relevant breach.
