Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Resources Minister may, by legislative instrument signed by the Minister, make guidelines to be taken into account by the CEO in making By - laws prescribing a field for the purposes of the definition of onshore field or exempt offshore field .
(2) In making By - laws for a purpose described in subsection
(1), the CEO must have regard to the guidelines in force at the time.
