Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Court has such original jurisdiction as is vested in it by laws made by the Parliament.
(2) The original jurisdiction of the Court includes any
jurisdiction vested in it to hear and determine appeals from decisions of
persons, authorities or tribunals other than courts.
