FEDERAL COURT OF AUSTRALIA ACT 1976 - SECT 23DY

  (1)   Each party to the proceedings may exercise an unlimited number of challenges for cause.

  (2)   A challenge to a potential juror for cause must be tried by a Judge before whom the jury is being empanelled.
