FEDERAL COURT OF AUSTRALIA ACT 1976 - SECT 23EJ

  (1)   A juror is discharged if the juror is not selected in a ballot conducted under section   23EAD in relation to the jury.

  (2)   A juror is taken to be discharged if the juror dies.
