Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) Sections 33ZC and 33ZF apply in relation to appeals to the High Court from judgments of the Court in representative proceedings in the same way as they apply to appeals to the Court from such judgments.
(2) Nothing in subsection (1) limits the operation of
section 33 whether in relation to appeals from judgments of the Court
in representative proceedings or otherwise.
