Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) A federal court, to be known as the Federal Court of Australia, is created by this Act.
(2) The Court is a superior court of record and is a court of law and equity.
(3) The Court consists of a Chief Justice, and such other Judges
as from time to time hold office in accordance with this Act.
