FAIR ENTITLEMENTS GUARANTEE ACT 2012 - SECT 24

    The basic amount for a person ' s wa ges entitlement is the wage s entitlement less any amount required to be withheld under Part   2 - 5 (Pay as you go (PAYG) withholding) in Schedule   1 to the Taxation Administration Act 1953 from the wages covered by the entitlement .

Note:   Sections   25 and 27 may affect the basic amount.
