Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The nominated Minister may grant leave of absence to the Chair on the terms and conditions that the nominated Minister determines.
(2) The Chair may grant leave of absence to another Board member
on the terms and conditions that the Chair determines.
