Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Board must keep the responsible Ministers informed of the operations of the Board.
(2) The Board must give the nominated Minister such reports, documents and information in relation to those operations as are appropriate.
(3) Subsections (1) and (2) do not apply to the operations of the Board under:
(aa) the Future Drought Fund Act 2019 ; and
(b) the DisabilityCare Australia Fund Act 2013 ; and
(ba) the Disaster Ready Fund Act 2019 ; and
(bb) the Housing Australia Future Fund Act 2023 ; and
(c) the Medical Research Future Fund Act 2015 ; and
(d) the
Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Land and Sea Future Fund Act 2018 .
