Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The regulations may prescribe conditions that apply to fishing concessions or foreign master fishing licences.
(2) A provision of a plan of management has no effect to the extent that it is inconsistent with regulations made for the purposes of this section.
