Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Neither AFMA nor a person acting for or on behalf of AFMA is
liable to an action, suit or proceeding for or in respect of an act or matter
in good faith done or omitted to be done in the exercise or purported exercise
of any power conferred by this Part.
