Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsAs soon as practicable after granting an approval under section 13, the Minister must cause to be published in the Gazette a notice containing the following information:
(a) the name of the person to whom the approval has been granted;
(b) the period of operation of the approval;
(c) details of the approved variation of the fuel standard or fuel quality information standard;
(d) reasons for granting the approval.
