FUEL QUALITY STANDARDS ACT 2000 - SECT 29
Appointment conditions of committee members
The regulations may prescribe matters relating to the members of
the Fuel Standards Consultative Committee, including, but not limited to, the
following:
(a) term of appointment;
(b) resignation;
(c) disclosure of interests;
(d) termination of appointment;
(e) leave of absence.
