Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Secretary may accept a written undertaking given by a person if the Secretary considers that the person has committed an offence against, or contravened a civil penalty provision of, this Act.
(2) The person may withdraw or vary the undertaking at any time, but only with the consent of the Secretary.
(3) The Secretary may, by written notice given to the person, cancel the undertaking.
(4) The Secretary may publish the undertaking on the internet.
