Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Secretary must, as soon as practicable after the end of each financial year, prepare and give to the Minister a report on the operation of this Act during the year.
(2) The Minister must cause a copy of the report to be laid before each House of the Parliament within 15 sitting days of the day on which the report is given to the Minister.
