Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) An employer must give each employee the Fair Work Information Statement before, or as soon as practicable after, the employee starts employment.
(2) Subsection (1) does not require the employer to give the employee the Statement more than once in any 12 months.
