Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Minister may, by notice published in the Gazette , issue guidelines containing one or more sets of model rules dealing with the matters referred to in paragraph 141(1)(ca). An organisation or a branch of an organisation may adopt model rules in whole or in part, and with or without modification.
(2) A notice under subsection (1) is not a legislative instrument.
