Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsIf the rules of an organisation provide for elections for office by postal ballot, a vote in the election cannot be counted unless the ballot paper on which it is recorded is returned as follows:
(a) the ballot paper must be in the declaration envelope provided to the voter with the ballot paper;
(b) the declaration envelope must be in another envelope that is in the form prescribed by the regulations.
