Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) If the General Manager grants an application made by a person for registration as an auditor, the General Manager must give the person a certificate:
(a) stating that the person has been registered as an auditor; and
(b) specifying the day the application was granted.
(2) The registration of a person as an auditor:
(a) takes effect at the beginning of the day specified in the certificate as the day the application for registration was granted; and
(b) remains in force until:
(i) the registration is cancelled by the General Manager; or
(ii) the person dies.
