Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Federal Court may make such other orders as the Court considers appropriate in all the circumstances of the case.
(2) Without limiting subsection (1), the orders may include injunctions (including interim injunctions), and any other orders, that the Court thinks necessary to stop the conduct or remedy its effects.
(2A) Without limiting subsection (1), the orders in relation to a contravention of subsection 323L(3) may include an order requiring a person to comply, either wholly or partly, with the notice mentioned in subsection 323L(3).
(3) Orders may be made under this section whether or not orders are also made under section 306 or 307.
