FAIR WORK (REGISTERED ORGANISATIONS) ACT 2009 - SECT 323F

    The following have effect despite anything in this Act, Part   2 - 4 of the Fair Work Act or the rules of the CFMEU or a branch, division or part of the CFMEU:

  (a)   a scheme determined under subsection   323B(1);

  (b)   any action taken under the scheme;

  (c)   an instrument made under section   323C.
