Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) A person who, pursuant to a requirement made under section 335, attends before the General Manager or a person or body to whom the General Manager has delegated the conduct of an investigation, is entitled to the prescribed allowances and expenses (if any).
(2) The General Manager may pay such amount as he or she thinks reasonable on account of the costs and expenses (if any) that a person incurs in complying with a requirement made under this Part.
