Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) Subject to section 60, an existing organisation concerned in a proposed amalgamation may lodge a written statement of not more than 2,000 words in support of the proposed principal amalgamation and each proposed alternative amalgamation.
(2) The statement must be lodged with the application that is lodged under section 44 in relation to the amalgamation.
