Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) An outline under section 95 or a statement under section 96 or 97 may, if the FWC allows, include matter that is not in the form of words, including, for example, diagrams, drawings, illustrations, photographs and symbols.
(2) The FWC may allow an outline under section 95, or a statement under section 96 or 97, to be amended by whoever filed the outline or statement with the FWC.
