GENE TECHNOLOGY ACT 2000 - SECT 95

  (1)   The Regulator may, at any time, by notice in writing given to an accredited organisation, vary the organisation's accreditation.

  (2)   Without limiting subsection   ( 1), the Regulator may:

  (a)   impose additional conditions; or

  (b)   remove or vary conditions that were imposed by the Regulator.
