Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) If this Act requires the * decision maker to notify a person of the making of a * reviewable decision, the notice must include reasons for the decision.
(2) Subsection (1) does not affect an obligation, imposed upon the * decision maker by any other law, to give reasons for a decision.
