1 Paragraphs 30 - 5(1)(f) to (h)
Repeal the paragraphs, substitute:
( f ) for the year 20 10--$ 4,467,881,000 ; or
( g ) for the year 20 11 --$ 4,695,755,000 .
2 At the end of subsection 3 3 - 1(1)
Add:
; and (c) if applicable, and if the year is 2011 or a later year -- adding the performance funding grant amount for the provider for that year.
3 After subsection 3 3 - 1(1)
Insert:
(1A) In subsection ( 1):
"performance funding grant amount" for a higher education provider for a year is the amount (if any) worked out under the Commonwealth Grant Scheme Guidelines.

Repeal the items, substitute:
