Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) If an Associate Director holds office on a full - time basis, the Associate Director has such recreational leave entitlements as are determined by the Remuneration Tribunal.
(2) The Minister may grant an Associate Director leave of absence, other than recreational leave, on such terms and conditions as to remuneration or otherwise as the Minister determines in writing.
