HEALTH INSURANCE ACT 1973 - SECT 106ZPC

Term of office

  (1)   A member of the Authority is to be appointed for the period, not exceeding 5 years, specified in the instrument of appointment.

  (2)   A member of the Authority is eligible for reappointment.
