Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsWhere the Chief Executive Medicare believes on reasonable grounds that a person has contravened a law of a State or Territory relating directly or indirectly to the use of diagnostic imaging procedures or diagnostic imaging equipment, the Chief Executive Medicare may give notice of that fact and his or her grounds for so believing to the Department or other authority, of the State or Territory concerned, that is responsible for administering the law.
