HEALTH INSURANCE ACT 1973 - SECT 4AA

    The regulations may prescribe a table of diagnostic imaging services that sets out the following:

  (a)   items of R - type diagnostic imaging services;

  (b)   items of NR - type diagnostic imaging services;

  (c)   the amount of fees applicable in respect of each item;

  (d)   rules for interpretation of the table.
