Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Inspector - General may, on behalf of the Commonwealth, engage a contracted service provider to assist in the performance of the Inspector - General's functions.
(2) The engagement of a contracted service provider must be by written agreement.
(3) The terms and conditions of engagement are those that the Inspector - General determines in writing.
