Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) An appointed member of the Authority is to be paid the remuneration that is determined by the Remuneration Tribunal. If no determination of that remuneration by the Tribunal is in operation, an appointed member of the Authority is to be paid the remuneration that is prescribed by the legislative rules.
(2) An appointed member of the Authority is to be paid the allowances that are prescribed by the legislative rules.
(3) Subsections (1) and (2) have effect subject to the Remuneration Tribunal Act 1973 .
(4) A member of the Authority who is the President of the Remuneration Tribunal is to be paid the fees and allowances that are prescribed by the legislative rules.
