Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The remuneration and other conditions of appointment of the Director - General of ASIS are as determined in writing by the responsible Minister.
(2) For each determination, the responsible Minister must seek the advice of the Remuneration Tribunal and take that advice into account.
(3) Each determination must be published in the Gazette within
14 days after the determination is made.
