INTELLIGENCE SERVICES ACT 2001 - SECT 27E

Basis and period of appointment

  (1)   The Director - General of ASD holds office on a full - time basis.

  (2)   The Director - General of ASD holds office for the period specified in the instrument of appointment. The period must not exceed 5 years.
